Customers can apply for old product collection when buying a new product of the same category. Our courier will pick up your used item at the delivery address together with your new order delivery. All recovered waste goods will be processed by official certified recyclers for eco-friendly material recovery. Products with leakage, toxic residues or incomplete dangerous parts are not acceptable for collection. No additional charge applies to eligible recycling take-back requests; our customer service team answers all recycling service enquiries.
